Tuesday, the Town and Country Thrummers hosted their annual hook-in at the Knights of Columbus. I was the vendor and it was so great to see new and old friends. I so appreciate each and everyone of my customers. A few pictures from the day below.

I hope this weekend has been all you wished it to be. We have so much to be thankful for. The feature picture above is my dear granddaughter, Sophie. My neighbor Kathy made the turkey hat at the request of my daughter. It is so cute. My daughter Jenna did all the props and my dear friend Jean, made the onesie with the cute saying 'babies 1st Thanksgiving'. Too cute.

I was privileged to attend a 'Whimsy' workshop, hosted by talented teachers and teachers in training, yesterday. I don't know about you but we hookers carry a lot of 'stuff' with us when we hook and I was pleasantly surprised at how much room we had at this event held in Fredericton, New Brunswick. The day was very well organized and the day flew by.

I think one of the great things about fall is all of the 'hook-ins' that are going on this time of year. I was privileged to take my shop to the Northport Loopers annual hook-in in Northport last Monday. It was a great day and I so appreciate all of those that continue to support me and my business. I didn't get a chance to take pictures but Barb did so I snagged a couple of her pictures for you, my readers of my blog.

We are already half way through September, how did that happen? I've had lots going on here at the Studio, my daughter Jenna and her daughter Sophie were here for a week. School started and my big man Denver started grade 5. Summer packed her stuff and didn't say goodbye and fall is in the air. I love sunflowers so the feature photo at the beginning of this blog is a picture I had taken when we visited Trueman Farms.
