Hook-Ins and Fibre Arts Festival`s OH MY! October 20, 2019

Tuesday, the Town and Country Thrummers hosted their annual hook-in at the Knights of Columbus. I was the vendor and it was so great to see new and old friends. I so appreciate each and everyone of my customers. A few pictures from the day below.

Debbie Lessard was finishing up one of her fabulous rugs, see below.

Carolyn Ames had a couple of her rugs to show off as well.

Some beautiful rugs for the rug display were dropped off and I snagged some pictures for you.

The feature picture at the beginning of this blog is another Autumn Corn set I made using my hand dyed wool.

Katherine Pettigrew finished my pattern called 'My Valentine' and I think she did a wonderful job. I love the colors.

Yesterday I was displaying my wool for sale at the Zonta, held at the Amherst Armouries. It was an awesome day. Lots of people and lots of fibre related things to keep you inspired.

I finished my Whimsy rug in time for the rug display. My daughter said 'mom the clouds look like sheep' and I have to agree, it wasn't intentional but I love little accidents like this.

Friday I was to attend the Bluenose pattern course in Pictou, NS but wasn't able to go but in spirit I was so I started my pattern. One leaf to go!

Tomorrow here in Canada, is the day to vote and I sure hope each and every one of you who can vote, do vote as it is your right and so important. We all have a voice and it needs to be heard, please do your part.

Have a great week everyone.
