Does the daylight savings time change bother you or are you like me and can't wait for it? Not only does it reward us with more daylight but surely it means spring is on it's way? I predict warmer weather is in our future!
I don't have an update to show you of my whipping on my Russian rug but I'm at least 1/2 way done. Next blog I should be able to show it complete, maybe. I am excited to be starting a new project today though! Robin Whitford of Hooking Outside the Lines is beginning her Non-Traditional Flower Shading with Alternative Fibres zoom workshop today. This is outside my comfort zone working with 'alternate fibres' but I am giving it a go. I'll share my progress next blog.
In the mail this week; Shelley Myers has been busy, she finished this beautiful rug, pattern by Iris Simpson, wool hand dyed by Della's Rug Hooking Studio.
Shelley hooked this lovely rug for her daughter Allie, design by Allie.
Donna Murphy shared this beautiful rug she hooked, Eat Crow, design by Hooked on the Lake, some of the wool supplied by Della's Rug Hooking Studio.
Have an awesome week everyone!
LOVE the time change! More light later! :) Beautiful rugs!
