The Labour Day long weekend is usually greeted with mixed feelings. The end of summer, and children are back to school. Enjoy every last drop that you can of summer.
Last week I enjoyed a few days at a rug hooking retreat in PEI. This group of ladies were fabulous, loads of belly laughs! A few pictures below.
I was able to work on my rug at the retreat, almost done!
I will be vending Sept. 16, 2024, at the Northport Community Center for the Northport Loopers. Hope to see you there!
In the mail this week; Anne-Marie (aka Nancy) showed off this lovely rug she finished.
Kathryn Hanson finished this wonderful pattern by Della’s Rug Hooking Studio called The Nut Cracker.
Susan finished up this Elaine Harrison rug last week, good job Susan.
Diane Benoit finished up these two rugs at the retreat, both are wonderful. One is a pattern by Encompassing Designs the other is a Sue Cunningham design.
