It has been a busy week getting my shop ready to vend at the Nova Scotia Fibre Arts Festival, held in Amherst last week. I vended at the Trinity St. Stephen Church, Heartz Hall, for two days. Lots of people visited our rug display, it was a fabulous show of works of art. A few pictures below. I always enjoy seeing the same rug hooked by different people and their interruption of the same.

Polly Vertsraten made these Voodoo dolls. They are so cute, had to share them.

A birds eye view of my wool lined up in a row, a work of art of colour if I do say so myself.

Charlie and I have been walking each day and yesterday, it was wonderful to see a rainbow. Right time and right place because it didn't last long. The photo at the beginning of this blog is of the trees that we see each morning on our walk. I have been watching how the light plays on the colours of the leaves. I love this time of year.

I have worked a bit on my pumpkin runner, almost done. Pattern by Jane Steele.

In the mail this week; no client rugs to share this week.
I want to thank all of those who visited my studio during the rug display at the Fibre Arts Festival. Your continued support allows me to do what I love, dye wool and rug hook.
Have a great week everyone!
