Let it SNOW, Let it SNOW!

Ok, so maybe this is my fault. Last week I was complaining about the lack of snow.  If we are going to have freezing temperatures, we may as well have the snow to go with it! Right? Just maybe not this much snow? Parts of Nova Scotia are getting dumped on right Lisa? 6 - 8 feet already you say? Oh my! Can't help but giggle. The above photo is looking out my studio basement window, it is drifting a bit and more to come today and tonight.

I don't have much to report on my Arabesque rug.  One more circle done, onto the third now. I have been busy knitting a baby afghan for the newest Shvedov soon to be arriving.

A few blogs ago, I had mentioned some exciting news coming soon right Dorice, Karen & Rennie? I assumed incorrectly when I announced the following Monday the Pop-Up vending in Dartmouth, Feb. 16 and 17th, 2024 that this was my exciting news.  Sorry girls, nothing more exciting than a chance for more people to purchase hand dyed fabric and yarns from me right? grins

The Town & Country Thrummers have officially now joined the Northport Loopers group that meets Mondays at the Northport Community Hall 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  Everyone welcome.

The Friends Hook Nook, Springhill group that meets Wednesday at the Springhill Senior Center 10 am to 2 p.m. would like to welcome you to their 'open house' this coming Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2024.

In the mail this week; Shelley Myers finished this beautiful rug she hooked for her living room table. Shelley's pattern. It is lovely and hooked mostly with Della's Rug Hooking hand dyed fabrics and yarns.

Lynne Lines finished up her Saint Nick rug.  Thanks for sharing Lynne, it is a beauty!

Have a great snow week everyone, stay safe!
