I missed blogging last Sunday, life got in the way. I hope you have all been enjoying the lovely summer we have been having. I spent an awesome few days last week at a friends house on the lake. I had never spent time on a lake and let me tell you it was beautiful. The water was cool but so refreshing in this heat. The above photo is looking down at their dock.
I have been working on my rug a bit more, see below for my update.
In the mail this week; Margie Anderson has been a busy beaver finishing a few projects. The first is a Karla Gerard pattern. Well done Margie!
Margie finished up this lovely pattern by Periwinkle Laine.
Margie did this lovely mat using t-shirt materials.
Margie learned how to do the texture/plaid look at rug school with Robin Whitford. It looks so awesome, this piece was punched.
And lastly, this lovely design she got from a colouring book page. Beautiful.

Joann Hudson finished up this project she has been working on for a bit, pattern by Searsport Rug Hooking. Just lovely.
