International Rug Hooking Day, December 05, 2021

All over the world, International Rug Hooking day was celebrated yesterday, so thankful for this wonderful craft we call rug hooking.  The above rug was one of the first rugs I completed.  I love hooking geometric rugs to this day.

I finished up two of my Christmas pillow tops.

In the mail this week; Lynne Lines is working on her One Wish pattern by Della's Rug Hooking Studio.  I love her poinsettia.

Ruby MacKenzie finished up her Ruth Downing design from rug school.  The Santa's coat is hand dyed wool from Della's Rug Hooking Studio.  I love Santa's face, it is amazing.

Andrea Warner sent the below update of her dog Whiskey, he is looking awesome!  Andrea created Whiskey's coat using up bits and pieces from her stash.  Della's Rug Hooking Studio supplied the background. Fabulous job Andrea!  She calls herself a newbie!

Rennie Roop has been busy designing a rug for her bench, she thought it would be an abstract of reds and now, 'her words' it has grown into a garden!  It is coming along wonderfully, can't wait to see more!  Reds and background supplied by Della's Rug Hooking Studio.

Have an awesome week everyone.
