Gratitude

I am so blessed to have rug hookers who want to visit my studio.  Two bus loads visited this week from the Island Matters group in PEI.  The ladies had a busy day, lots of shops to visit.  What a day of joy for everyone.  Thanks everyone for visiting and shopping, I sure do appreciate your business.

I finished up my 'rock' and decided not to make it 3D after all.

Other than the projects for my zoom Baker's Dozen classes, I am not rug hooking until Rug School the first week of May.  In the evenings though I am knitting and found another pattern I just 'had' to do.  It is called Cora's Poncho and I am making one for each of my granddaughters.  One is complete the second is being worked on.  What sold me on this pattern were the hand cuffs, I think that makes the poncho.  Knits up very fast as the yarn is thick and big needles.

Last Monday at our regular hooking in Northport, the first Monday of each month is our LRC (Left, Right, Center) game.  Below is a photo that Periwinkle snagged and let me use of us playing the game.  I was lucky enough to win the loot!  We had visitors last week at our hooking, Deanne Fitzpatrick and the girls, Charlene and Debbie from Periwinkle Laine.

In the mail this week; Diane Benoit finished up her whipping of her edges on this lovely mitten rug with her grandchildren's names on the mitts.

Have a great week everyone!
