Fibre Gatherings Road Trips & Friends

What a wonderful week we have had weather wise in Nova Scotia for the beginning of September, we are so blessed. Friday, some like minded fibre friends and I traveled to New Glasgow for the Woolstock East Fibre Festival. Wonderful day and above we enjoyed a meal in Pictou by the water. Has been many years since I had visited Pictou, reminds me of Lounenburg, NS.

No update from me on my hooking project been too busy dyeing wool for the upcoming two hook-ins I am vending in. September 16, 2024 in Northport and the 21st in Moncton. Hope to see you there!

A few pictures from the Woolstock East. Fabulous displays by all.

In the mail this week; Karen Pond shared this lovely funky fish she hooked. Background wool yarn from Della’s Rug Hooking Studio.

A couple of chair pads completed by Caroline Simpson. Gorgeous Caroline and most of the hand dyed fabric used was from Della’s Rug Hooking Studio.

Have an awesome week everyone!
